Dr Nitin Upadhyay is currently working as a Chairperson - MBA, Chairperson - Information Technology & Services, Program Director - Executive Program in General Management (B3) and is also associated with IT Systems and Analytics at the IIM Jammu. He is a Fellow of the prestigious RSA London and the Institute of Engineers (I), India. Over the years, he has engaged with select top Fortune 500 companies. He has contributed 100+ peer-reviewed publications/presentations/ posters/talks, 14 books and 50+ innovations. His research interests are at the interface of IS, IT, and frontiers in business, entrepreneurship, and financial service settings focusing on issues related to digital entrepreneurship IS/IT adoption and diffusion of emerging digital innovations, blockchain, artificial intelligence, business models, cloud, information systems, emerging technology, big data, and analytics, particularly in the context of frontiers in business.
Dr Prateeksha Maurya is an Assistant Professor of Finance and Accounting at the Indian Institute of Management Jammu and the Area Coordinator for the Finance and Accounting area. She completed her PhD in Finance from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, where she was also a Teaching Associate. She has completed her MBA in Finance from IIT Dhanbad.
Her research interests are Financial Inclusion, Digital Finance, Entrepreneurial Finance, and Public policy. She has published several peer-reviewed research papers and book chapters in her research area. Her work has been featured at several international forums like Glasgow University, American University, and the World Bank forum, to name a few. She has received grants from ICSSR and World Bank for her research work.

The Digital Finance and Banking Age Banking program covers various topics under the umbrella of the Banking and Finance segment. After completing this program, you will be well-versed in retail banking, corporate banking and the NBFC landscape. You will also get exposure to a module on Fintech and Regulatory Risk.
The program is for 6 months duration; online classes will be conducted every Sunday from 10:30 AM to 1:45 PM. The program will be a mix of pre-course work (content distributed to the participants), case studies, and project work.
The content will be delivered as interactive Online lectures from leading IIM Jammu faculty
At least 4-5 hours per week of time commitment is expected to be able to complete the program.
Post completion of the program, a Certificate of Completion would be granted from IIM Jammu & NSE Academy if you qualify for the minimum requirement for program completion. You will be given a certificate of participation if you fail to meet the completion criteria.
